What mobile phone do you have?
Hi all.
My contract is up with virgin mobile on the 14th Jan and i was wondering what you could all recommend as my next phone upgrade.
At the moment i have the sony ericsson W750i and i`m really pleased with it, Love the walkman feature, on a £25 per month 300 mins/300 texts contract, looking at the Nokia N95 if i can get one.
Just wondered what all of your recommendations would be?
Cheers.
Bud.

K800i and I don't think I really want any other at the moment. I still can't fault it.

Re: What mobile phone do you have?
Upgraded from the K750 to the K800i. Love it, i hear the sound quality is not as megabassy as the W series. Good camera good 3G etc, reasonable size screen and good battery life.
Biggest complaint, the shutter on the camera recently broke, it has a two year warranty so in it goes for repair I guess.
Oh and the soft finish on the keypad is peeling away where it rubs in my pocket.

Re: What mobile phone do you have?
Samsung u600 good phone camera is top quality(3.2mp),very slim phone about 11mm thick. The touch screen menu buttons take some getting used to though but once mastered a good little phone. This handset is available on virgin and other networks as far as i am aware. If pay as you go is your thing the u600 has just been reduced to £99 on a selection of networks at carphone warehouse.

Re: What mobile phone do you have?
I have a Samsung C300 - it makes/receives calls and texts, which is pretty much all I want my phone to do.

Re: What mobile phone do you have?
Nokia E65 here, nice phone but it tends to crash a lot - PLUS Vodafone have neutered the built-in SIP (VOIP) software (It has built in Wi-Fi)

Re: What mobile phone do you have?
What don't you like about the W750i? If there's nothing wrong with it then most proper networks will give you a nice fat cash bonus for extending the contract without getting a new phone.
Don't know if Virgin count as a proper network mind you

Finally a post from you that I agree 100% with. I'd recommend the N95 each and every time.

Re: What mobile phone do you have?
DO NOT touch the iPhone even if they give you one free, will free calls, text etc.
A mate at work had one he said he was charging it daily, his old one lasted 3 days.
the interface is poo, and the biggest mistake he made.
He got rid of it sharpish.

Hmm 'my mate at work'. Your mate may have had a faulty one mind.
I charge mine every 2 days if I've had wi-fi on and been using it plenty. I sync my podcasts anyway plus most smart phones never last long on juice.
As for the interface, its easier to use than most phones.
