Ebay problem

Hi all

Any ideas on thisÃ¢â‚¬Â¦Ã¢â‚¬Â¦Ã¢â‚¬Â¦Ã¢â‚¬Â¦

Brought a pair of safety glasses about 10 weeks ago. All ok delivered ok so leave positive feedback. However the third time I used them they broke (one of the arms fell off. I went back to the supplier 3 times and they have failed to return my emails. I contacted ebay and they state contact the seller which I have with no luck !

Any suggestion on what to do next ?

What were the circumstances of the arm breaking off? was it simply poor build quality or could you have contributed to the failure?

Are they a well known brand of glasses manufactured to a certain standard of quality EG BS etc ?

Does the seller offer anything with regard to warranty in his add? Were they sold as new? Could you obtain a warranty claim direct from the manufacturers?

Whats the seller feedback like?

Is he pitching up as a trade seller or a private individual?

If private your options are a little limited
