Speaking of trees...

Did anyone else see the documentary on Discovery last night about the man who was half man 'half tree' An indonesian man with a rare immunodeficiency which led to his body being taken over by a viral infection which caused warts, his hands and his feet however were covered in what looked like branches.

Incredibly fascninating stuff

No, his name was Dede , was from Indonesia if i remember rightly very odd program, there was a collection of people with rare diseases who were in something called 'the clan' basically a travelling freak show. Couple of the scenes were very distressing indeed
