Housing Development Plans

Hi all,

Here's another challenge for you...

I'm trying to find some housing development plans for a house we are looking at.

The development it being done by Bryant Homes.

There's nothing on their site and I can't find anything on the Land Registry site.

Any ideas where I can find these type of documents??

I'm not really sure what keywords to feed into Google either!

The local authority planning department will have plans of the estate layout. As for detailed construction plans of the house itself, best bet is the developer.
