Re: Gaining Weight
eat properly and exersise regularly. 10 stone does seem a little low for your height but you will have an ectomorphic body type and may just be destined to be thin. Do some weight training eat loads of meat and carbs make sure you dont lose any with the uptake of activity

Re: Gaining Weight
I was gonna say 'wait till u get older' but then noticed your age.
You could always have some of my unwanted extra weight, free to a good home.

Move next door to a chip shop Now onto the serious bit, I'm going to echo what Zing has said, eat a good diet and excersise on a regular basis you'll soon see the muscle start to form.

Just let us know when you got enough m8
I was skinny once you know 10st n a tad under 6ft, felt horrible about it, being skinny, under weight etc, now I wish I had stayed like it because I got what I wished for and some.
As long as your healthy then be happy with what you got.

I agree with zinglebarb, eat a varied & balanced diet & target an exercise regime that is designed to build muscle, to put on weight - target a regime designed to burn energy, to lose it....
Either way you need both food & exercise, in my opinion

Plenty of fatty foods like greasy beef burgers. Milkshakes, fizzy drinks and lots of chocolate.
