All very 21st century and all. However, can't help remembering that famous phrase "act in haste repent at leisure". At least with (some) tattoo's you can have them removed, this procedure looks a bit too permanent to me.
I can just imagine the individuals when they reach old age - gonna look pretty odd with psychedelic eyes when you're drawing your pension.
