Baked beans as long as they are low salt are relatively nutritious as far as they go but to shove crap sausages and meat balls in them just turns them into junk food (ive gone even more boring and dull since the diet aint i lol )

Cheese beanos yummy! Baked beans on buttered toast, melted cheese on top, couple of slices of crispy bacon, and fried egg on top of that. Why does the subject always come round to food when I am on a diet?, hungry now lol!
