Internet Via SIM for Laptop at a price.

Right now I have a laptop that is getting the Internet thru a SIM and is costing about £30 a month .Does anyone have any good suggestions on how I can bring the price down ,I dont mind changing providers and would idealy like unlimited for a fixed price .

T-Mobile Web and walk is like £7.50 and gives you quite an allowance iirc.

Failing that 3 are rolling out 3 turbo which is a 3.2mbps downlink service or something close to that number... google it but i think it was £25 for 7gb data allowance... they had some lesser plans
