Re: passport
So, let me translate your post-
- you applied online and received the paperwork from the Passport Office, which you have completed and returned. Am I correct?
If so, then AFAIK if you have paid, then all you have to do is wait for your passport to arrive and your proof of ID to be returned.

you need a passport photo which you can get at a photobooth, it needs to be clear, no smiling and no hats or anything on, something like that. The docments would be your birth certificate.
I don't have a passport btw so some may be wrong.

Re: passport
You can get a copy from the registry office of the town you was born.
For more info on the documents you need, visit http://www.passport.gov.uk/passport_first_docs.asp

Re: passport
You can download the form from the net, then fill it in and send a postal order (about £7.50).
Just been reading the passport site, and it appears you will need to send a copy of either your mums or dads birth certificate too
I was born on or after 1 January 1983
In this case we need your full birth or adoption certificate showing your parents’ details and evidence of one of your parents’ nationality or immigration status at the time of your birth. That is, either:
* Your mother’s UK birth certificate, Home Office certificate of registration or naturalisation, or her passport that was valid at the time of your birth;
or
* Your father’s UK birth certificate, Home Office certificate of registration or naturalisation, or his passport that was valid at the time of your birth and your parents’ marriage certificate.
We may ask for further documents relating to your parents.
