Anyone with a camera - read this!

Now I know there are a fair few people on cf that are pretty nifty with a camera, and have a good eye - so I suggest that they go read the below link and get snapping!

The first theme is 'blue' and the deadline is my birthday. For anyone that didn't know / has forgotten - that is 8th July.

Second theme is 'hidden' - deadline 22nd July
Third theme is 'concentration' - deadline 5th August
Fourth theme is 'look down' - deadline 19th August
Fifth theme is 'heritage' - deadline 2nd September
Sixth theme is 'time' - deadline 16th September

You can enter 3 photos for each category, must be in .jpg format - send entries to yourpics@bbc.co.uk - remember to put "Photographer of the Year" and the theme you are entering in the subject heading of your e-mail. Don't forget to include your name and some background information as to what the image is about.


The 12 best pictures will be selected and displayed in a picture gallery a week later. You will then have 48 hours in which to vote for your favourite.
