Need advice

My isp took £71.29 this month out of my bank account. £50 of that was for a cancelation fee. I told them though to cancel the cancelation and as I had not used the Mac code then there was no issues.

Am I entitled to the £50 back as I kinda need it?

Cheers

Depends on the T & Cs I'd have thought - if they state that there's a cancellation fee, then I'm afraid you're a bit stuck

Re: Need advice

It might depend to some extent how soon after canceling you changed your mind.

There would have been costs involved implementing the request, depends how far down the line the process went. I wouldn't hold your breath though...

Just out of curiosity Be*, would you consider yourself the unluckiest man that's ever lived, or is this just a bit of a blip?
