My local paper poses 20 questions to different celebrities each week and I wondered if anyone on the forum would like to have a go at my shortened version. Answer all or which ever of the questions that catch your fancy.

To start the ball rolling here’s my answers.

1. What’s the first thing you do each morning on waking?
Drink at least 2 large mugs of black coffee.

2. What is the oldest item of clothing you still wear?
A very washed out t-shirt that used to have a Rolling Stone logo. It’s now got so many paint stains that the picture has been obliterated.

3. What is your most annoying habit?
Always asking questions.

4. Choose three people, dead or alive, to invite to dinner.
Nelson Mandella, my late Father and Russell Harty.

5. Do you believe in love at first sight?
Between people no, with shoes yes.

6. What was the first book or cd/record that you remember buying?
The Walker Brothers. The sun ain't gonna to shine anymore.

7. Do you sing in the bath?
Would rather sing in the shower, and it's usually Abba....Waterloo.

8. Who, or what, do you hate?
Bad manners, and any form of intolerance.

9. If you could be anyone else, who would you be?
I’m very happy being me at the moment.

10. What would you like to be your epitaph?
Here lies a woman who went down fighting.

Look at the time, and wonder whether it's worth hitting the sleep button, then think of the girlfriends face if she could see me hitting "snooze". Always makes me smile

2. What is the oldest item of clothing you still wear?

An old football shirt i've had since about 1999, no specific club or anything, just plain blue, Nike.

3. What is your most annoying habit?

Wanting the latest hardware, and overcomplicating things/not dumbing things down enough for people when needed.

My grandad, my mum and my gran-gran.

Yes, no question about that.

Sometimes, and it's normally anything by 36 Crazyfists, usually "It's a midnight swim..." (It's a midnight swim, where it's late and the air is all clear... I remember that evening, you on the floor, i was attached to the ceiling...) and so on...

8. Who, or what, do you hate?

An old "friend" who decided he was better than everyone else. That's actually the only thing i do hate.

9. If you could be anyone else, who would you be?

A typical [insert country here] resident. Just to see how life differs. Maybe in the next life?

10. What would you like to be your epitaph?

Got some shorts that are around 10 yrs old I wear on occasion.

My Grandad, now im older I would love to have more intelligent conversations with him sadly I cant.

1. What’s the first thing you do each morning on waking?

I normally look at the alarm clock and think I am so tied I wish I could go back to sleep again.

2. What is the oldest item of clothing you still wear?

I do buy new clothes but I have some T-shirts I still like from many years ago.

3. What is your most annoying habit?

Before I leave the house I am constantly checking over and over again that I have turned the heater off, turned off the plugs, set the alarm, etc.
I always think I've forgotten something.

Celebrities arent that important to me so probably some members of my family that have died so that I could see them again.

5. Do you believe in love at first sight?

I think you can be attracted to someone at first sight but I think you really have to go out with them to really see if you actually love each other.

6. What was the first book or cd/record that you remember buying?

I'm not into books, much more into my music.
This started with Michael Jackson's Thriller and has now grown into a love for electronic music, experimental, and ambient music.

7. Do you sing in the bath, if so what?

No, Never.

8. Who, or what, do you hate?

Don't even get me started on that question...... Many things..... people who are inconsiderate, people with no manners, war, racism, people who drop litter, buses that never come on time, liers, etc...

9. If you could be anyone else, who would you be?

I think everyone would want to be someone else at one point but at the end of the day we have to be happy witth who we are and make the most out of life.

10. What would you like to be your epitaph?

I have no idea what I'd have. I just hope it is a nice message.
