Your Job
I was wondering what everyone does for a living? Also do any of you work for Virgin Media and is so what does your job involve?
I am a student and I hope to be a Computer Repair Technician.

I'm a Senior Systems Support Consultant. Have you tried rebooting it? I fix hardware problems with PCs, printers, scanners, and servers. Also some weird bits of hardware that no one will have heard of. Lot of software stuff too - mainly OS and certain parts of the applications we sell. The customers are largely muppets - little or no IT knowledge, but some have done ITIL and think they're MS Certified.
