4x4s are not bound by the laws and common sense of 'normal' road users. they are elite, much like BMW and Mercedes drivers, who do not need to indicate on roundabouts or just before they cut you up because they are in the wrong lane. didn't you know that? I think it's part of the driving test to know these things these days....

At least they're not blocking the cycle lane,and they were only going to be a couple of minutes.It also saves them having to walk an extra 100 yards,or cross that busy main road.
