I always find no matter if there's a queue or not - you get served and then end up standing there like a plonker waiting for ages for your food. Kind of laughs in the face of fast food sometimes.

not at the one i work at i can do ppl ordes in under 30 seconds some customs say to me wow that was quick most of the time i do i fully load or zinger wicked in under 20 seconds plus i served them as well and some customs wait for me to serve them couse they know it will be well quick

How will it be quick if they wait? 
I just want to goto one and for them to get my order right without me having to tell them I want it without the garnish no less than five times.
No disrespect but it's not the hardest job in the world. As you have said, you can serve cusotmers in under 30 secs. Now thats fast food

some customs car't belive there eyes they are well shocked when i give them there food plus i never miss anything out there order this is why when ever i on i allways serve more customs and take more money on my till then anyone else i have done for over a year

Because the workers didn't have a clue about food safety, or if they did, simply just didn't care.
