419 with flied lice please.
My wife has just collected this letter from her mothers house. It seems to be a Chinese version of the Nigerian scam. The postmark on the envelope is from Windsor UK though.
Anyone know the origin of those phone/fax numbers?
Forgot to mention, the letter was addressed to my father in law, sadly he died over two years ago.

Hmm, I have friends in HK, wonder if they'd put up cards in telephone booths for "sucky sucky 10 dollar" with the phone number from the letter
