Re: The Happy Thought Thread - Part 2
I'm back home after 3 days away for work - how nice it will be to sleep in my own bed!
Why is it that all the other delegates in rooms near mine couldn't find their way back to their rooms before 3.30 am - and took about half an hour to get into their rooms?

Re: The Happy Thought Thread - Part 2
Got my V+ box installed today (ordered on Monday) - excellent.
Feature rich, easy to use, and the remote/EPG are well designed (imho).
Tonight, at 9:00pm, I will be recording two programmes on the V+ box, using the third tuner to record another programme on my HD recorder, and watching a programme on terrestial; isn't technology wonderful?

I am more impressed that you managed to find four programmes worth watching on at the same time

I'm back from Norway That's not my happy thought it's actually a sad thought...
I'm just happy cos i had a fantastic time there, it's so beautiful and the people i met were extremely nice and more than willing to try and teach me a few words of their language
Also, there is the small thing concerning finally meeting someone i think is lovely...

I'd love to get away for a couple of days, even with work.
Might happen soon. I have to go on a course run by Apple, and I don't know if it's at their offices in Ireland. If it is, my boss should hopefully spring for some bed and board. Sadly, I think it's in London. I don't have the details here, as they are at work.

Three of them were for the boss (sorry, darling wife) - the other (Heroes) was being recorded for me
