Re: The Happy Thought Thread - Part 2
Received 7 new music CDs today - plenty more to listen to on the new iPod
Doctor Who is on in 10 minutes - I get a little more time with Billy Piper
I've got some leave next week - 3 days at home doing whatever I like and beating the rest of the Team to the spammers

What's furniture?
8,500 NOK. In other words, £850 a month! Not bloody cheap, and the place is small. Good plan/layout though and the kitchen's brand new as is the bathroom. Never have to pay for heating the place either.

See, even a gay guy can't resist the power of... damn those CF rules.

If you really wanted to be a sadist you'd make them use a Linux distro, & not 1 of the newer ones - something released about the same time as the PIII it'll be running on.

Considering where you live, that's definitely a perk not to be sneezed at.

Re: The Happy Thought Thread - Part 2
I was going to post some more images in the funny pics thread, but having misjudged what is considered suitable for CF & having a post removed I'm not willing to risk it, at least not with the pics I was thinking of. My happy thought though is that the pics did make me chuckle, as it was a new [to me] twist on an old idea. You know how sometimes you'll see an image that's been edited from a mundane image to 1 that's NSFW [or NSFCF]? [e.g. fake celebrity porn] Well with these ones someone has edited images of people that were NSFW & drawn on clothes, added in props, etc, & added speech bubbles to make the image supposedly be about something completely innocent, even though anyone who's seen any porn will have a pretty good idea of what the unedited image would look like. Might not sound interesting to others, but it made me chuckle.

I tend to be in trouble with the mods, Alien. Anti-establishmentarianism - it's in my genes, with me being working class. Those who seek power deserve it the least - who was it that said that
My happy thought - this virus hasn't killed me yet
[edit] Oh and with a bit of luck, the chocolate hazlenuts and huge bar of praline chocolate will arrive tomorrow, so I can do an Annie Wilkes on the sofa tonight

I need to resist the urge to indulge in chocolatey goodness if I ever want to lose any weight. Had a whole chocolate cake earlier. I'll just have to avoid buying stuff like that completely, as I'm not good at resisting something yummy if I've already bought it.
