Yes I know he is transforming into a fine figure of a man but a lot of those reps came before the transformation.
That's a point, we haven't been given any up dates lately on how his regime is going, maybe he's backsliding and giving the rest of you guys a chance.

lol im in the gym 4 times and week and boxing mondays. Lifting more weight but fewer reps not bulking up just want to be stronger

We had a mini 'baby boom' in our office over the last couple of years, 3 of my colleagues now have happy healthy babies - and 3 more in the department next door - the 'happy thought' is that one of the ladies I work with has just told us she is expecting again, due around August.

Next week I'm at the Monarch Airlines training school, I've been sent on a A300 GenFam course.
I will be taught about all the aircrafts systems and how they interact with each other.
