They take time to kick in (if you are using tricyclic antidepressants) - don't expect instant results.

Got my Q6600 all set up moved my E6600 to a cheap mobo and second machine leaving me a system to sell and I didnt break anything

I don't know about tricyclic, but SSRIs tend to take a couple of weeks before the full effects are felt as well.

My happy thought, have lost 19 and a half pounds to date, since Sept 3rd. Pity I couldn't predict what size I'll be by Christmas, then I could buy a new outfit in advance lol!

Well done  buy your new outfit Christmas week you never know where the pounds are gonna come off from sometimes its legs sometimes is bum belly etc best to wait
Im working on stabalising my weight at 12.5 stone wanna keep it at this till mid november so my body adjusts to being this weight then for the last 6 weeks before xmas im gonna diet again and try and hit 12 stone
