Ebay problem- item purchased not as described
i just bought a 1gb stick of ram expecting it to be PC2700 as specified but when i recieved this item i found it did not fit and was PC2-2300S! Now they are refusing to give me a refund or exchange even though they listed it as PC2700. Is there anyone at eBay i can contact. Im not just going to waste 55 pounds
If it was not listed properly then you have a right to complain.
Contact ebay and E-mail them to say that they have one last chance before you take this further by contacting ebay.
If they sent you an item that was different from that listed, then they are in the wrong totally.
