I read this in the speed camera thread earlier, maybe cars should have limiters like trucks but set to 70mph

Yup TWOC (Taking with out concent) is car theft and should be dealt with as such, if he lived near me the locals would probably tar and feather him (its happened before with a thief )
I think about how lucky it was that someone wasnt coming the other way
