Mountain Bike Repair and Maintenance Manual

Hello all,

Can anybody here recommend me a mountain bike repair and maintenance book?

I've checked Amazon and there are a few on there - some with good / bad reviews.

Need one for general maintenance - adjusting brakes / gears etc...

Cheers

Lee

P.s. get the latest of what ever book you buy.

Note: above is just the books, not where to buy them

The Parks one looks quite good - think I need to go to Borders and have a flip...

I've got the Haynes manual and it's very good.
Considering i'm not really into mechanical stuff, i've already stripped down and greased my bearings in the wheels and pedals and adjusted the brakes and gears.
Wouldn't have been able to do it without the manual.

Read some of the reviews of the books on Amazon - some people give some of the books a real bad review - I suppose it's how you read and interpret the text...

true, the haynes manuals used to be the one to go for, but the more I spoke to some bike mechs, they said the park one is the bible for it........

but I just take my bike to a good shop i know, I would rather they done it instead of me botching my good bike
