I think no. It seems to me that his face is completely identical in some of the frames, no variation in the eyes, lips, mouth etc.

I would have to agree with that, it would take a lot IMO to hold the same stance and camera position for as many shots as that. ..............maybe

The head does go back and forth though but when you fast forward and rewind you do notice the absence of any lip movement and eye movement.
Has to be fake

no way would anyone do that every day for 6 years! look at the amount of people who don't change their pants every day... if they can't be bothered to do that, why would they bother taking that many pictures of themselves every day?!
