Stray dog dies in police custody

This is not acceptable - and I trust that the SSPCA will bring a prosecution.

Having taken rescued dogs from two different centres, all of them deserve the care and attention.

To put them in a kennel and "forget about them" is not acceptable behaviour and a prosecution should be brought against the Chief Constable

Absolutely unforgiveable! Surely the next officers on duty study the previous shift's records of events. If not, how do they hope to keep track of what is going on? I can't bear to think about the agonies that poor dog suffered after it was 'rescued'.
