What's the most expensive thing you Companys Bought recently?
Well, try this
This is the first of a possible four. The first was in the factory in November 2006. the second was day on the day of delivery 20th Dec 2006
For the Aircraft bod here it's a Boeing '747-4HAERF'
I will hopefully get a look this year
By that I mean up close where no public can go

Before I joined I didn't know that they had planes either.
Try the link in the previous post and use TNT as the keyword

Re: What's the most expensive thing you Companys Bought recently?
747 is my favourite airliner, would love to fly on that. Or the A380. Last plane I flew on was the BAe 146 to Amsterdam, was too small! I feel safer on bigger planes for some reason.

Re: What's the most expensive thing you Companys Bought recently?
I got a model A380 for Christmas. Lovely plane.
I collect the diecast models.
Would absolutely love to havea go at flying one of these.
A lot of people like old war aircraft but huge jets are just as nice in my opinion.
It is amazing seeing these huge aircraft take off into the skies.

When I was at cadets I took control of a glider in flight. Amazing experience.
I also went in a Cessna on quite a windy day. Very loud, because you're so close to the engine.

Re: What's the most expensive thing you Companys Bought recently?
I've walked around the BAe-146 in a hangar, the ac was on jacks and I got to stand in the main landing gear bay and up on a platform with the wings at knee level.
Boy I love my job.

What do you do for them then (if that's not too personal a question)?

Nice. Isn't it meant to be the quietest jet plane in the world or something?
