Re: Valentines Paypal
why dont you get yourself a Natwest step account this gives you a solo card which only allows you to use it as a debit card and only if you have the cash to cover it. Anyone gets one of these accounts even me
set it up here they will send you some forms fill them in and take into local branch your account will then be open your solo card will be sent within days. Whole porcess took me less than 10 working days http://www.natwest.com/personal02.as...S/STEP_ACCOUNT

Re: Valentines Paypal
The goverment wants most people to have some kind of bank account. This is why several banks have set up a account in which anybody can open.

You are allowed a bank account, just not an overdraft. And you are allowed a debit card and a cheque guarantee card, but not a credit card.

Re: Valentines Paypal
I have a sort-of friend who's bankrupt and she has a Bank Account with a £250 overdraft limit. Work that out?

An undischarged bankrupt must declare his status when seeking credit of more than £500, including hire purchase and conditional sale agreements. It is an offense not to do so.
