Re: Mobile Monthly Package ?

Yes. Currently the best package is one of the Flext plans by Tmobile. For example on Flext35 you don't get a set amount of minutes, you are given £180 per month to spend however you want. So rather than the network dictate the usage, it's up to you - all for £35 per month.

If you spent it all on calls it would be equal to 900 minutes, if it went all on texts, you'd have 1800. But it's up to you how you spend the allowancem it can be a mixture of both.

Do you currently have a package? if you do who is it with?
Im only asking because I got a package from carphone warehouse with 400 offpeak minutes for £8.50 per month because they where so determined not to lose me as a customer. They also gave me £100 credit wich means my line rental equals £2 for the whole year

Re: Mobile Monthly Package ?

Since your presumably with NTL isn't their deal any good to you - only 300 mins (any network) but you can roll it over to next month if you have a quiet one
for £10
It is SIM only but assume you'ed have something to put it in, plus your not locked in, leave any time
Offer ends end of March

Re: Mobile Monthly Package ?

Agree with Russ -T-Mobile is usually quite cheap - coverage isn't fantastic though.

You can usually find some good double minutes offers on o2 too - and once they run out at the end of the contract you can usually persuade them to reinstate them by threatening to go elsewhere.

O2 500 for £20 a month, I think you have to phone them or pop into the shop. Talk to them nice and they'll do you a deal.

Ah, phone O2 and tell them you've been offered a better deal by any of the airtime providers, make up a figure and package then give O2 a ring, they'll bend over backwards to keep you, I always play the package deal when I phone up for an upgrade. I'm aiming for a lower deal in August when my upgrade is due.
