Address Query

I've been waiting for a printer to come from amazon for a few days, and was pretty worried that it wouldn't get here before I have to go back to uni (monday) so I was pretty happy to see last night that it was recorded at a local depot.

When I got up today however it had;

04/01/2007 06:59:39 Farnworth Depot Unable to Deliver Address query

A few points with this - why would delivery be attempted before this time?

I actually have my full adress down which post-men never have problems with, it's possible that they couldn't be bothered because I put down the house name instead of number? It's really not that hard to find though.

What do I do now? I can't find any advice on their site, or any contact numbers...

According to 'saynoto0870', their non-geographic central no is 0870 1545400. Can't see Farnworth listed in the database of depot's but you might recognise a local phone number if you search.
