Office365 - don't bother
On the 17th of December I ordered a 5 year diary from these amateurs as a present for my mother. I understood that with the Christmas rush it might not have arrived in time but by last week it still hadn't arrived. I sent emails to them which weren't replied to, I left messages on their answerphone to no avail.
I called them today and finally spoke to a human, who told me they were expecting a delivery of them on the 2nd of January but that's now been put back to 22nd of Jan instead, and would I like free delivery by way of compensation.
I'm sorry, but non-academic diaries normally start on Jan 1st, not the 22nd!
So no reply to my emails or phone calls and my order would have been more than a month late.
Tip: don't ever do business with these idiots.
