02 pay and go wireless settings for TomTom satnav?

Is there anyone here that uses a TomTom satnav and connects wirelessly to an O2 pay and go mobile? I've tried varies settings off the net which fail each time the phone tries to connect to the net when it's asked to by the TomTom.

I need to get this working for traffic reports and various other things like speed camera updates on the move!

Have you asked on the Tom Tom support area? Obviously if you've paid for a product you should at least make use of your included support options

Well i've done a bit of digging on this subject from various sites, and it looks like O2 pay and go isn't supported for TomTom wireless downloads, meaning it's O2 blocking them simply because it's pay and go. I'd need a pay monthly contract for it to work.

Well that pretty much confirms it really. I still find it strange as i can use gprs web on my mobile. Thanks for your help.
