Change Of Holiday Information
My parents are due to go to Egypt in a couple of weeks and have had a letter from Thomas Cook re. change of information.
Apparently the hotel beach (normally accessible in a couple of minuted by a free 10min boat) is undergoing work, so they are providing a free bus to a local beach (10mins away).
I don't think the work is an issue as its a little bit away from the hotel, but are they entitled to complain about the change and get some kind of compensation or change hotels ?
