What to do here? (Website advice)

If a forum is setup to take the mick out of a main website.

The site they are taking the mick out of is Lycos chat. They grab pictures from there and make abusive and nasty remarks about people. They also belittle people on there and then go on the lycos chat get people arguments from people in a pm window so they can screen shot it on there site and then get everyone to bitch about it

The forum in question is hosted on forum up and forum up have been contacted on this forum a few times only to be told the content is in secret forums but surely its still slander and abusive.

Any advice here?

Thanks

Have you contacted the webmaster at Lycos? They may be interested to know if another site is using their pictures, and taking the mickey out of their users.

Believe it or not, this actually worked when a then friend of mine published nude pictures of his girlfriend on the web. He had also copied the design of the Club Vaio site (with some of the images) for his main site. Someone emailed Sony. Sony got in contact, and Lo and behold, both sites disappeared.
