Calling Saluuuuu!
Doctor reckons I have the beginnings of one of these

Has anyone here had one and had it removed, and have you seen many Salu? My dad had one, my brother had one a year ago and now it looks as though I've got one and both had to go under the knife to have it removed and was in pain for ages after

My nephew had one and was wrongly diagnosed for ages so suffered in agony the whole time. He is well now though.

Oh yes, many.... 
Have you had any antibiotics yet? That's the first line of treatment. Flucloxacilllin usually. However as most men tend leave it until they can ignore it no longer then antibiotic treatment may not be enough. Although a full excision is the last line of treatment though so surgery may not be a done deed yet. It can initially be curetted and injected with phenol.
Reoccurance is said to be as high as 50% so if anyone is starting to develop one of these then the importatnt thing is to seek treatment early.....!
By the way you can always PM me rather than announce to the world about your bottom....
