banjo cf.geek Join Date: Dec 2003 Location: Coventry Posts: 830	British Gas I signed up for the price protection plan till 2010 in September 2005, now my electricity bill has been soaring and I have rung them on 3 previous occasions to query this. Today I have rung again and been told that my electricity is not on the 2010 protection, but , as I have a letter that tells me that I am, they have now agreed to apply this "discount" but it will take 4 weeks for a letter to be sent to me as the "back office" has to deal with it. If anyone else is with this mickey mouse company please check that any price freezes are being applied.
