o2 call divert charges

Can anyone tell me whether o2 charge for diverting calls to another number? And if so, how much?

I have tried o2's website but i can't find the info anywhere

I have tried google but it just brought up phone sales websites

Most networks charge you the same as you making the call.

That's what i thought... but it is my friends phone and she is trying to divert to an international number... so seeking clarification.

She is under the impression that it is free, but obviously with risk of calls costing >£1 a min concrete info would be great!

I think the service itself is free ie you don't pay a fixed fee and you only pay for the calls as and when someone rings you but having phoned internationally from mine I can guarantee they are not cheap

I used this service last year on O2, cost was about £5 p/m, IIRC, but that was from my O2 to a different network.

The fact that she is abroad, so calling o2 will cost her lots of money
