Bargain Software at Sainsbury's
Our local Sainsbury's is doing a number of PC games at 99p each. Some of them look like a load of old rubbish but 99p for Zoo Tycoon or Age of Empires Gold Edition must be a bargain!
An interesting thing is that the above 2 MS games are being sold under the label of some firm called XPLOSIV.

It's still cheap; PC World, Woolies etc normally charge a fiver for these sort of games.
PS And don't forget that some of we old codgers don't have the lightning reflexes of you youngsters. Restful old games are often more to our taste.

Yeh, like Doom3 and BF2 - what we lack in reflexes, we make up in sneakiness (he he he, cough, cough, cough, splutter)

I've got a copy of Wolfenstein. That's complicated enough.

They're all labelled as suitable for XP. Some of them are not suitable for 2000 according to the labels on the back.

Nice find Theodoric, picked up A of E & F16 Aggressor...
I can thoroughly recommend the Myst series if you want something restful & cerebral...
Should be able to pick those up cheaply from somewhere!
