After an odd experience at my gf's house tonight (and by 'odd' I mean 'sexist')it became apparent that I am sexist. Not to the point where I think women shouldn't hold responsible jobs etc but in general terms, such as assuming most women are crap at parking and other such examples.

She spoke a LOT of sense in to me and it seems I've not even been aware of it - until now.

Apologies to anyone who has been offended by a sexist comment which I've put forward as a joke, and I can assure you I have not intentionally been sexist.

Or, rather (as I wouldn't expect you to divulge that here) what do you think you might have said/done here that would have offended?

BTW, if it's any consolation - I'm sure (knowing what this crowd is like) if you really had offended anybody you would know about it

Tonight was apparently the culmination of a number of events - I was showing her flatmates the absolute stunner on page 42 of this weeks's Nuts magazine and one of their gfs spoke up to say she didn't think this particular woman was nice and I "shh"'d her which apparently sounded like I was saying because she was female, her opinion didn't count.

Russ thinks about it and realises he has made sexist comments on the forum and in public and apologises.....
