Need Advice
I'm about to go out on a big works "do".
I want to know: is it best to shave or not?
I only shave once a week and most people say that I look better when I don't shave.
However, there's always the silly girls who think that a clean shaven guy is better for some unknown reason, so I ask you: which is more attractive?

Perhaps you could post two pics, one clean shaven and the other unshaven and then we can all vote Obviously, if you are damn ugly in the first place then it ain't gonna make a blind bit of difference

Re: Need Advice
Shave (if someone is interested enough for a second date you could try unshaven then, but for "works dos" you should always make an effort).

Re: Need Advice
Unfortunately Richard, coming from a guy with a goatee, that I have had since I was 18, all women want shaven men. Trust me
A very, very small minority like or don't mind beards - some most want to stroke it (mine is very long, currently about 3 inches), but that doesn't last. Many have complained that it makes kissing "tickly".
If you can stand to shave, then do it. I look even more grotesque without a beard but I am debating over wether to go completely clean-shaven, or to stick by my principles and have a short, trimmed goatee...

Depends if your on the pull, if not, go as you feel comfortable, I hate shaving and like Punky have had a goaty for years, but it takes a lot of looking after ( in my case ) so now I have stubble, all I do is go over the lot with the trimmers long open blade, my gf likes it and to be honest I do look better with than without IMVHO
Most of all, do it for yourself

Re: Need Advice
Shave for sure, esp if you are on the pull.
I hate shaving, get away with only shaving twice a week these days.

Depends how posh the 'do' is really. I personally like a bit of facial hair on a man....But that wouldn't look particularly good if you were in a suit etc.

I hate it too. Lucky that I only have to do it once or twice a week as well. Some mates have to do it everyday or end up looking like Homer Simpson !

Re: Need Advice
Hmm, well I should shave every couple of days, but I actually shave about once a month
Mind you, I am an incredibly scruffy bugger
