Just been down the quacks
Sorry for the humourus title people, but i needed to cheer myself up. Anyway onto my problem, i went down the doctors this morning for the nurse to look at my foot. Everytime i walk on it it is dreadfully painful, so i thought to myself i have bruised it.
Anyway as it is painful im having to limp and walk on my to. I know this isnt a good idea and i know what you lot are thinking. Anyway the nurse said it was to do with my tendon, so im thinking but thats not where the ****ing pain is, although i didnt actually use those words.  .
So she gave me these exercises to do on a daily basis but i cant see them helping as the pain is actually in my foot and not in my tendon. I personally think i have bruised it myself and my mums going to bring a bandage home with her so maybe that will help.

for bruises you could try "Arnica gel". However I have heard of displaced pain ie. a headache with pain at the front can be caused by tension in the neck.
You should always try to see a doctor if you are not happy with the diagnoses the nurse gave you.

Here is a piccy of the sole of the foot..........as you can see there are tendons where you wouldn't think of them being......perhaps the nurse was correct.......
Maby you can copy the pic and photoshop or ms paint a cross where it hurts.

The pain is on top. When she mentioned the tendon, i think she meant the one to the back of my leg.
