You wouldn't expect to see block lines in the third as it's not on blocks. I would expect the flag to stick up outside the pond. Seem genuine to me and very good.

Fair do's, no blocks but at least 1 definite line through the walkway / road, and not visible on the ' scetch '

I agree the flag looks a little odd, but perhaps that's only because you don't expect it to be drawn on the pavement and be outside the main drawing?
