Amazon Marketplace scams

Just thought I ought to let people know about this, if you see something on Amazon marketplace at an unbelievable price, chances are it's a scam, you'll pay for the item via Amazon Marketplace and get an email back saying the payment couldn't be completed (they probably used a fake bank account number), the seller will then contact you and ask you to pay via western union, you've then lost your money and you will not receive the item you've paid for. I spotted a Canon EOS350D for around £200 inc. lens, normal retail price is around £600+ so I hunted around google for "Amazon marketplace scam" and found this, glad I didn't part with any cash.

Anywhere, anytime - if it looks too good to be true, then it probably is!

Whenever I see 'Western Union' I just think scam/419/ALARM!

I wonder if anyone at WU is actually concerned about this negative image these scammers are giving them?
