Arias
Anyone care to give their favourite aria and explain why? Or is everyone on this forum only interested in things with tits, wheels or FPS/RPG
Bit of tricky one now I come to think Vissi d'arte, La mamma morta, Vesti la guibba, and O mio babbino caro are all contenders. Queen of the Night's aria too - awesome. I think it would be Vesti la guibba though - I can kind of relate to being happy on the outside whilst being sad in the inside.

Re: Arias
"Summertime" from "Porgy & Bess" (it might not strictly qualify).

I like Victor Borge's description of a final (death) aria - a " die- aria"
