Re: Does anyone know their towbars?

on the basis that the Sierra is rear wheel drive and the escort front wheel dirve id guess there might be a big difference

Re: Does anyone know their towbars?

I have no idea.
I want one for my Escort, someone who has a sierra has one going spare.
Thats all I know.
I just though, well it's a Ford... they are all as bad as eachother so it might fit, maybe with some new holes etc

Good point about difference between the drive, although I have no idea how that would affect it.

Maybe it's just best if I go & look at it, try it for size.

Cheers.

Re: Does anyone know their towbars?

The answer is no you need the correct towbar for the estate car. Sorry no chance of saving money that way.

they are completely different chasis they even have different tow bars on sierras depending on which sierra you have..

Hubby says go and get the right one for it as for one being front wheel drive and the other rear that makes no difference its the actual chasis where they bolt onto that changes.
