The latest kids craze - Scoobiedou String.
Are your kids into Scoobie strings?
The latest kids craze where they have 1m plastic strings & tie them into knots to make shapes & pretty things?
(all the Scouts pop their heads up saying - I did that!)
Well if they are, here is something to help them in their knot tying.

If anyone wants it in PDF format instead I can provide that too.

Re: The latest kids craze - Scoobiedou String.
I dunno about kids - but my missis has potty over these things.
I'm not sure what it is that supposed to help (in your post tho - presuming you're fixing it now) But anything that would - would be nice - including a pdf

Re: The latest kids craze - Scoobiedou String.
Damn, it really screwed up then.
I have been having lots of problems recently where if I edit or reply to a post I just get an error page - proxy problems I think.
Anyway, I wont upload it - I notice it's 5mb+ so a bit too much, instead I'll email it to anyone that asks, either word or PDF format.

Re: The latest kids craze - Scoobiedou String.
Well they were all the rage when I was 'younger' - but I never really got into it. Thet seem to be all the rage again now - certainly in all the schools I've visited recently. so now I'm going to attempt to learn! I found this site which is quite good - I've bought the plastic 'laces' - now it's time to have a go!

Thanks this site gives nice and clear instructions even though the strands are flat rather than round as Skoobies

Re: The latest kids craze - Scoobiedou String.
I used to have these in France when I was young.
You'd have to form two loops and then pass the two other wires through those loops and then pull it together and it would extend it.
Seems likes ages ago now.

Re: The latest kids craze - Scoobiedou String.
I have plenty, I just cannot use FTP while at work.
Later on will do, it won't hurt to wait
I could mail it from work but that would give out my real name & I'm not keen on doing that, AFAIK only I-web know that from here

How about I just stary quoting it, all 184 pages
first take some string, then whizz it about a bit till you have tied a knot.
then tie it to your keys.
