The Poor April Fool's Thread
Not that I wish to be seen as the stick-in-the-mud, but I don't care much for poor April Fool's jokes.
Here's the place to list the ones played on you today or the extremely lame attempts at jokes by the great media of this land.....
I'll start:
I was listening to TalkSport late last night/early this morning. The presenter was saying that in 2007 all right hand drive cars will be banned from the rest of Europe and France are trialling it by banning all British cars between July & September this year.
And what's even worse than the joke was that people were phoning up to moan about it!!
Over to you.....

Re: The Poor April Fool's Thread
Well, the Capital Radio breakfast show had one that had over 700 people (almost including me) fooled. They broadcast an advert for a fake voice over company which asked people to phone in for an audition. It was funny listening to the kinds of things they were getting the people to do though.

Andy,
Have a look in the papers (esp the Times) and you will see other references to this quite decent April Fool.
Indeed, BWM even have a website for it - http://www.uninventthewheel.co.uk/utw/index.htm
Quite amusing I thought, esp the 'Dr Bitt-Fischi' name

Re: The Poor April Fool's Thread
I heard on the radio that Paul Wolfowitz had been made head of the World Bank. Now that's a sick joke, whoever thought that one up should be ashamed of themselves.

Re: The Poor April Fool's Thread
I heard Alan Shearer was to sign up to Newcastle for another year today - could be another one..
Google have also lauched the "Ridefinder" which sounds like a cracking idea only its to locate Taxis apparently - shame!

LMAO,
Check the privacy statement at the bottom of that...
