Going by train to New St station?
Take the Station St/Bull Ring exit, turn right at Debenhams (away from the Bull Ring) carry on past the Holiday Inn, turn right at the big junction. Mailbox is on your left - I know people always say 'you can't miss it' at this stage but really, you CANNOT miss it.
