Personally i use 18866.com.....My brother moved to Taiwan for work and my mother was broken hearted at bt charge 1£ a minute. So after a good look 18866 did the trick...put in your CC and you just get billed each month.....also you can set it up on the website so that an operator(electronic)tells you the tarrif before it connects just in case you are worried......Mother was phoning Taiwan for 1p /min which is excellent...i think its now 5p and certain times but still a bargain compared to 1£ per minute.......she spent 80£ with BT once!
