So, I registered my purchase on their website, ordered a replacement part and (less than 10 days later) it was posted through my door this morning along with instructions on how to fit it! Plenty of polite correspondance telling me what's going on, they kept to the timescales they promised (in fact they exceeded them), and did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it.
