) is that you simply order something else. I know that's a bit backward but I'm assuming that you're a regular Amazon customer so why hold off purchasing things until you have enough to meet the threshold?
Better still, you could share the love and offer to buy things from Amazon on behalf of family and friends. Thereby increasing the value of your order and saving them some time / money at the same time
